Flat perspective and the Z dimension
This is a project whose central focus is on visual perception.
Here the eye comes before the other senses. It regards and doesn't withdraw its gaze until it has a clear perception of the object it observes.
Some of the objects presented here are easily perceived, others change according to your point of vision. 90° angles, obtuse angles, oblique and perpendicular cuts press the forms into almost 2D shapes. These slender structures bring us back to essential volumes, along the axis that we call depth, more precisely the Z axis of 3D drawings.
The bookcase with its trapezoidal planes is divided into a nervous geometry but is compressed into a volume of a regular parallelepiped with a square base, an expression of ordered tension.
All furniture is made with an economy of materials and manufacturing, while being a practical household product.
